NV Absinthe Verte

You’ve heard of its notoriety but you can’t seem to get yourself to appreciate absinthe. For some, it takes baby steps and one road to acquiring the taste is La Fee’s mainstream version of absinthe: the NV Absinthe Verte. Packed with the same traditional ingredients of the classic spirit including anise, wormwood and fennel and a special concoction from its popular distiller, La Fee, NV was made to tickle the fancy of the modern, bar-going and mix-loving drinkers.
Four years in the making, this 38%ABV 76 degrees proof spirit is on a category all its own. It is mild enough for the recently initiated but also is succinctly true to the spirit’s woodsy, herbal taste for those accustomed to the flavor yet would want it on a milder note with their favorite blends. It can now be mixed with different ingredients to cater to the different strokes of different folks: with ice for a classic, on the rocks full on taste; with a can of red bull for a modern, powerful twist; with lemon slices for a zesty variety and with lime and mint for a fresh mojito vibe. Mix it with something else and uncover the uniqueness and richness this age-old, wildly controversial spirit can bring to your ingenious concoction.
