It is white because unlike most absinthes, Kubler absinthe uses underground clandestine roots. Kubler absinthe is the largest selling absinthe in Switzerland, and it is rapidly expanding. There is no doubt in my mind that Kubler will also be a huge hit in the USA, as well.

Kubler absinthe has been exported to Mexico and to Japan. This drink has been taken to these places in hopes to take advantage of the American tourist who travel to these places.
